I am a consultant with Affordable Mineral Makeup™. (I signed up under Jenni. She described AMM very well!) I love mineral makeup and I have loved how the owner keeps all of us consultants in the loop. We are all treated as equals regardless of when we joined. I joined this summer.

I am also an Independent Consultant with Votre Vu. We sell french made naturally-based skincare. We just launched on September 10th (less than 2 weeks ago). I joined Votre Vu because I love the compensation plan and I enjoy how those higher up help you build your business by placing people underneath you on your team. I got to try samples during the pre-launch and decided right then that I needed to use this skincare myself so I decided to sell it.

I have been working from home for 4 years and in the Network Marketing Industry for over a decade. I represent It Works! Hello everyone! I am new to this board, seems like a really great community. I was in the industry for a few years before but have not done anything in the past 2.5 years with it. However I am excited to have chosen a company to get started with again. I love this industry, you get to have so much fun while working it.

who- I am an Independent Consultant with Votre Vu.

what- Amy already said what we are. We are a skin care company based in Chicago but the products are formulated & produced (with the exception of Snap Dragon) in France. They are hand-crafted by a family of artisans who have been perfecting the art and science of naturally-based skin care formulations for nearly a century.

when- Just signed up towards the end of last month. The company did a soft launch in September then a full one in January 2009.

where- I am in Oklahoma

why- I got back into the business for my family. Extra income is always beneficial. I also got back into it because I wanted to do something that I really enjoy. I love socializing and meeting new people & this type of business does that. I can have home parties which means I'm basically getting paid to have girls night out. Love it!

I chose Votre Vu over other companies for several reasons. (Don't worry, won't list them all!) I wanted a consumable product so I would have repeat customers. I loved the products after trying them, my skin is so soft! I loved the look of the website, it kept drawing me back in. I think the compensation plan is great, there are 6 ways you get paid. It seemed like a really fun company, & I love fun!

I am a distributor for Enchanted Potions, which is a company that makes quality scented bath and body products when you order them. We have over 130 scents to choose from.

I started with Enchanted Potions about 5 years ago, but I was living far away from home and didn't really know a lot of people and wasn't willing to do parties at the time (we lived in a bigger city and I just wasn't comfortable with the thought of going to strangers' houses). Last month I started back up and am excited! I have lived back in my hometown for a few years now, so I know a lot of people here and I'm excited to do parties now, even for people I don't know (after I practice with people I DO know LOL).
