Drink lots of water. Our bodies need it so much!
And enjoy the fresh fruit of summer. I love to slice peaches, freeze them, and have mini fruit pops throughout the day.

Also take good care of your skin, protecting it from the damage of the sun (that's one of the many reason I love mineral makeup with it's natural SPF protection).
