Position Summary
The Virtual Assistant provides creative and administrative services for Realtors across the country. The VA is responsible for creating printable files in popular applications such as Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite. The VA performs several daily tasks involving real estate related web sites and databases.

Major Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Update lead database on a daily basis
• Create monthly reports relating to the real estate market
• Design and update postcards, flyers, and other printed marketing
• Regular update and create web site posts to Facebook, Twitter, and other social sites
• Create PowerPoint presentations as needed for real estate conferences
• Respond quickly to email requests from our clients/team members

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proficient Microsoft Office 2007 – Publisher, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (we currently use CS2)
• Background in design and an eye for detail
• Excellent organization skills
• Able to communicate through emails, phone, and instant messaging with correct punctuation and spelling
• Familiar with HTML and CSS
• A basic understanding of the real estate market and how to search for homes through IDX providers
• Self-motivated and able to proactively research new tasks and technologies

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience in a related field
