SCA Appraisal Company (a leading independent auto appraisal company), is currently looking to a hire full-time Entry Level Representative to work in friendly high paced environment. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service and/or general office work. Experience in the auto insurance industry is preferred but not required.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Proficient use of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook and MS Word), Adobe Acrobat, and general office machines. Detail oriented with the ability to accurately enter information, use of professional telephone etiquette, type a minimum of 35 wpm, and 10 key by touch. Provides exceptional customer service, able to multi-task proficiently, and demonstrate the ability to acquire and apply knowledge rapidly. Must be organized, independent, and work with minimal to no supervision. Administer excellent verbal/written communication skills and be self-motivated. Bilingual is a plus.
