I've tried several ventures from home until I finally found one that provides the income needed for my family.
I work with a company called Alpine Access. They have several clients that they work for and direct calls made to these clients to their representatives home phones. You are not selling anything nor do you make outbound calls. They train you in virtual classrooms and you are paid for the training. When you apply you are shown which clients are hiring according to your qualifications. You will then pick the shift that you are willing to work from the shifts available. These are 9 hour shifts with one hour off for lunch and two 10 minutes breaks. They also have some part time shifts available. You can also set your phone status to pt (personal time) for bathroom breaks etc. This is good money with a very reputable company! You will go through 4 weeks of training. The first two weeks are minimum wage for your area, then you go up to $8.00 an hour the 2nd two weeks. After week four you go into a nesting period for two weeks which is $8.50 an hour. What this means is you are taking calls but will always you have a supervisor, team lead, and others available with you online to help if needed. After nesting you go to $9.00 an hour when entering production. You will start in say one department and can move up to other departments. I am now making $9.50 an hour with the company I chose.

You'll do anything from taking payments, setting payment arrangements, trouble-shooting a product for a customer over the phone or whatever service that company is involved in. You can awesome training and as you work you have a work IM, an Adobe room where you are with other reps, supervisors, team leads, etc..and you are never ever without help!! They system they set you up with is awesome. When a call comes in you hear a beep in your headphone and you take that call. You also have a wonderful document system where you can type in what you are needing help with and that document will walk you through the process to help that customer.

I am thrilled to have found this company. They offer quarterly bonuses if you work the hours required for that quarter. My first bonues was $250.00! For every person you refer and they hire, after that person has worked with them for 3 months, you will have $150.00 direct deposited into your account. They pay every other Friday and your check is direct deposted. You can get overtime hours when they offer them, Holiday pay and full benefits. This is an honest real job that you can do from the comfort of your own home and you meet some wonderful people that you work with as well as speaking with the customers of the company you choose. I find this very fulfilling and it has allowed me to quit my brick and mortar job and be successful in what I do while still being at home with my family.
